Director Heshan Mendis has a comprehensive understanding of construction starting from the initial design stage right through to onsite construction and subsequent project completion.
Heshan’s knowledge and experience within the building industry is extensive having started in the construction industry in 2003, while completing a Bachelor of Technology at Swinburne University in Building Surveying. He has worked in both the private and public (local government) sectors as a building surveyor, a building inspector, a building auditor, fire safety officer and as a deputy and team leader in local government.

In most of the abovementioned roles, he had to master his craft in the building process. Heshan knows what it takes for owners and builders to meet compliance with the stringent deemed-to-satisfy requirements legislated under a performance-based National Construction Code. His briefs, assessments and advice will clearly get your proposal over the line in the most efficient and timely manner possible.
